Top-Shelf Complex

I've lived at Nantucket Apartments for 3+ years and could not be happier. Management is very responsive to maintenance requests and the general needs of residents. The staff is out regularly maintaining the grounds and buildings to make sure the complex is clean and appealing. Nantucket offers several different, well-designed floor plans (the best I've seen in the area) to meet individual needs. Community amenities include a top-notch swimming pool area with a volleyball court, grills, and a putting green. The clubhouse includes amenities such as sitting areas with a fireplace, a pool table, top-tier gym (no need for a gym membership), tanning bed and an amazing 15-seat movie theater for cinephiles like me. Additionally, they have a walking path for those wishing to get exercise or just take a casual walk. The staff organizes community events throughout the year, including pool parties with live bands, wine tasting events and breakfast events. The staff works hard to make Nantucket a fun place to live and make it easier to meet the neighbors. The complex is located very close to most major retailers, restaurants, and I-71 and I-275 - a very quick drive to Kenwood for more shopping. You won't find a better complex in the Deerfield Township area. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place!

I immediately fell in live with the vibe of this place and having been here for 6 months now, I still do. The facilities are great and the staff is amazing. Our apartment has the perfect design for raising a toddler while solo parenting as it gives me a view of her at all times and room for her to run around. The kids pool is great and the bigger one definitely feels like a resort with tons of things to do.

At Fath Properties

The maintenance staff is excellent, love the amenities, office staff is courtesy, pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Nantucket to my friends and family.

Response outstanding

Service was ever so good. I called in the morning that my air conditioner wasn’t working and by the afternoon it was fixed. The Maintenance guy Vince did a great job. I was very pleased with the quick and efficient Response to the problem. Thank you Nantucket personnel.

Living here

From the first step in the door, until the present, I was greeted with warmth and made to feel at home. The staff are always there to assist you even after hours. It is a wonderful place to call home.

Amazing staff

I have been living at Nantucket since it first opened many years ago. The staff at Nantucket is amazing, and is the reason I haven't moved. Dennis in particular, is wonderful and is a great asset to the team at Nantucket.

Awesome place to love

Hi, I have lived at nantucket for 7 months. I have had nothing but a great, safe, clean place. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! Anything that I have asked for or general questions, they always provide. Lea arranged my viewing of apartments. Eric set up my autopay without charge. Megan let me use supplies. Marnie is so sweet and always willing to help. Maintenance always performs request quickly ie: changing light bulbs and furnace filters. I would highly recommend this complex! Can’t wait until summer!

Awesome Staff

I recently lost my beloved cat of 15 plus years. I stopped by the office and spoke to Lee about the loss. Within two hours she credited the pet fee back to date of death and called to let me know. A few days later Lee called me again to tell me I had a package to pick up at the office. I was so surprised to see a bouquet and sympathy card waiting for me. I want to take a moment to thank Lee and all the other staff who took the time to write me a note in that card. What a wonderful gesture in my time of loss. Thank you so very much for going out of your way for me.

Resort style living

My family and I have been in this community for three months now and wow, it is 100% as advertised. Friendly staff, fun neighbors and the ammenities are off the charts. Any issues I have brought up were addressed immediately. Thank you to all of the staff for going above and beyond! I give all 5 stars.

Great place to live!

Nantucket is a great place to live. The apartments are all well maintained and in good shape. The maintenance team is also very quick and helpful. The management team is very good and Whitney always gives me great support when I have a problem or question. I am happy having found Nantucket :)
